das Buch ist so einfach und so informationsreich geschrieben, wie alle Bücher von Vasand Lad. Er kann Ayurveda auf so eine einfachen und interessanten Weise darstellen, dass man es richtig bildlich sehen kann. Das Buch gibt es leider nur auf englisch, aber zum arbeiten und verstehen, reist es.

Love this book. It is not for a beginners but who has a bit of interest in Ayurveda it is great book to read.
