well, if you dont take caff daily in coffee or tea,start on slow on this, as caff and other ingredients is one heck of a kick!I do think it will make you loose weight, as caff and other stims in thisboth makes u loose appetite a bit and speeds up the burntaste is decent... hope I can continue to tolerate it, as sometimes I begin to develop tolerance to caffthen need more and more....great way to get everything in one drink.... worth a try, so far, so good...

This is one of the better tasting "mix with water" supplements I have used. I prefer thermogenics via capsule or pill form, but this was a nice change. It tasted good, mixed really well, and definitely gave me an energy boost. It wasn't over the top, which some other products on the market either do really well or not at all. However, it was enough to get the day going and allow for me to maximize my cardio exercises.I do have another favorite when it comes to effectiveness, but this is my favorite flavor of a thermogenic supplement for sure. The fact that it works really well is just icing on the cake. I really enjoy this and would highly recommend it.

Tried these a few times and had absolutely nothing happen EVERY time. Pretty bummed. Taste wasn’t bad at all though. Maybe it’s just not for everybody..
