REALGLOW Bullet Gas Patio Heater

Easy to put together - only used it once up to now however the heat is good.

The heater comes still packaged and no worries about damage in transit. Taking it out of the box was a little daunting, as it comes in a few pieces. However very clear instructions and nothing taxing to put together.The heat coming out from it is amazing and I'm confident it'll be more than sufficient to keep us warm sitting outside in a cool Highland evening.Would definitely recommend.

Had an issue with the burner. Contacted customer services who asked me to forward a couple of photos. The link was easy and straight forward to use. The company sent a new burner out the following day & re boxed the original and they made convenient collection. The heater is now working as should. Absolutely brilliant heater great temp control and a great feature to the garden. Exceptional customer service👍

Easy to put together and looks great

Stainless steel material very poor quality -sharp edges as well - have fitted new bottle of gas - honestly can’t see how it’s giving 13kw of heat certainty does not feel like it ( only my opinion)Heater does work and fired up strait away.

A bit hard to assemble but a good heater and a good height.

Never worked

Found it easy to assemble, fired up first time and puts out a decent amount of heat even on medium setting.
