Q: What is the density when it dries?

It was soft. Not hard like rock hard. It was perfect for furniture etc.

Q: Need liteweight "filler" 4 a hollow-back brass stamping 2 glue onto filigree. Stmp is lion face 2"x2" by 1/2" deep. Will this work?

Probably not the best material: this stuff dries into a consistency like old marshmallows and I don't think it would hold up well to repeated stamping. Try original sculpey if oven baking is an option, that is both strong and lightweight. It will hold finer detail as well, which is better for the filigree look

Q: Is it waterproof after it dries?

No, you won't be able to mold a dried piece but it can still turn to mush if left in water. A spray fixative or paint needs to be applied to waterproof a dried piece.

Q: we are making ornaments with this- If you took this and flattened it to make 1/4 in 3" round "cookies" - a wild guess how many? :/

The cake is only 1/2" to begin with so you'll only get rwice the size of the package which is kind of small so maybe 6 3"diameter 1/4" thick discs.
