Amazing faucet that looks great and functions even better
We bought this faucet as we had been looking at it for quite a while. If you do some quick shopping around you will find that this thing ranges greatly in price. Most places have it listed for less than MSRP, but Amazon had it listed way way less. I was a bit skeptical, but it was sold by and shipped from Amazon so I felt confident that if there was an issue a return would be pretty simple. When the unit arrived it came in a non-retail type box. The box was your typical brown cardboard with minimal text on the outside of the box. Moen was on it as well as some quick details like the model number and such. The box was sealed with a single layer of tape so I am confident that this came straight from Moen like it was. When we opened the box all things were in plastic and in their respected places. The install was very straightforward. I would rather install a kitchen over a bathroom faucet any day of the week because you do not have to deal with the drain! We replaced a builder grade Moen unit so it was nice that this came with all of the tools to install as we needed one of them to uninstall the old unit that was in place. The install took me about 45 minutes to an hour, but if I had to do it again I am confident that it would not take any longer than 30 minutes. It was a very simple process and the instructions were very easy to follow along.I do have a few complaints with this one that I would normally just try and not think about. First, if you are on the sprayer and you turn off the water most faucets would default back to the regular flow, but this one does not seem to do that. When we turn the unit back on we tend to get a mix like it wants to switch back, but just doesn't quite make it. Second is the material of the pull down spray selector. This unit retails for almost $1000 and for that price I would expect that this thing be all metal. The pull down feels like a chunky piece of plastic. It is sturdy and well built, but does not have the same metal feel like the rest of the unit does. And finally, my biggest gripe here is that this thing runs on batteries out of the box. 6 or 8 of them if I remember correctly. Your hot and cold lines go into a blend unit that then plugs in with a headphone type port up to the handle. There is then a single water line out of this blend unit that lets the water travel up and out into the sink. If the batteries die your faucet dies along with it. Again for this price I feel like the power kit should be something that comes with it. I know not everyone is going to have a plug under their sink depending on their setup, but for the price I feel like it could have been included. Eventually we will break down and spend the $100 to get the power kit that runs off of AC power until your home loses power and then it will switch over to the batteries. All in all I would 100% buy this again and again. We love the unit, but wish that there were a few things that Moen would choose to upgrade / include with the purchase of this unit.

Best Buy for a busy kitchen -Durable and reliable and looks great!
The media could not be loaded. Im a contractor and learned the hard way to stay with well know brands like Moen and Delta etc.So when I had to choose for my home I went with Moen. This is a great faucet its been bullet proof for 3 years its easy to clean and maintenance free. I was torn if the motion sensor upgrade was with it. Let me tell you its 100% worth every penny! We use it non- stop. if your hands are full or dirty it works great if you're sick or anyone is- its a great option. In 3 years I replaced the battery once!Ive installed many facets and this is about the same as any other/ most handy homeowners can handle it, All you'll need is little space for the weight that retracts the sprayer and will have to stick the battery pack to the cabinet wall but its relatively easy. My cabinet is small with a garage disposal (fits fine). As you can see in the video it does slide past the holder when it retract sometimes but no big deal.I'd recommend sticking the battery pack where you can reach it just to keep it simple. One last thing that makes it a "Best Buy" is the power of the nozzle when you flip it to rinse -it just works great for cleaning plates etc. **FYI it returns to the normal faucet flow after you shut off the water. One last thing I appreciate is that if the kids use the hands free motion detector it shuts off automatically after like a minuteGreat investment Buy it!

Best Reasonably Prices Pull Down Faucet
Looks great. Easy installation. Good flow. Spray and flow modes work well. Easy swing side-to-side. Lifetime warranty from a great manufacturer.Note - Hot - Cold control directions were backwards when the control is in front. Hot is to the right and cold is to the left. Just reverse the water supply connections if desired.

High quality kitchen faucet that works well
I bought this to replace a leaking faucet that I didn't know the brand and was unable to get parts for. The install process was simple and well documented in the included instructions. I had the new faucet installed in about 15 minutes, and no leaks. The action of the pull down sprayer is smooth, I like the buttons on the wand, overall it is a high quality faucet from a trusted brand. I'm confident if I ever need a new stem or whatever, I'll be able to get it.I'm very happy with this purchase.

Looks nice, easy install, but could include some better quality parts
After a nightmare removing an old slow faucet, the install of this Moen was refreshingly easy. The instructions called out all of the important information and I was done in maybe 25 minutes, mostly attaching the plate under the cabinet behind 2 deep sinks. Some things I noticed along the way:1) the faucet and spring are substantial, heavy and feel quality, definitely a good thing2) the sprayer tries hard to blend in, but feels light and flimsy. it's either painted or soft silver plastic. It looks nice but I don't expect it to last. since it's a completely separate piece, I'm hoping they eventually make a kit with a metal faucet to match the rest of the fixture.3) If you attach the weight too far from the sprayer it will not pull itself back into place. Too far towards the sprayer and it will pull back while you're using it. For me, the excess hose forms a U shape under the cabinet when the sprayer is docked. attach the weight about 1 foot left of the center of the U, so partway up the sprayer side. it should then slide naturally into the slot without being stopped by the friction of the spring coils.4) the surface mount washer doesn't seem well made. My faucet leans slightly toward the front of the sink, and I noticed when lining up the 3 tabs that it wouldn't sit flush. this can be fixed with a simple rubber gasket, not sure why they included the plastic piece.5) the water lines are not braided stainless steel. they feel light and not as trustworthy as the previous lines, but the connections are solid with no leaks.overall I don't think this is a $400 faucet. It's a $200 faucet with a $200 name. I hope it lasts as long as the faucet it replaced but we'll see...
