Be careful when opening this!
It's a good product. Was delivered very quickly however when putting it together I cut myself on some loose glass or something sharp. Other than this I was very pleased with the product.

Not original
Purchased as the item was advertised to be original, however we checked it with the similar photo frame and it is not. It doesn't have brand logo engraved on the metal and also uses cheap rubber/plastic to fix the photo.

Broken glass
The glass has broken inside the frame,and it look so bad to give gift someone

Nice looking product but impossible to install clean
The product looks very nice when out of the box. Unfortunately it is very fiddly to install an image without fingerprints and smudges. It is two pieces of glass that needs to be inserted into a frame and then secured with rubber stoppers. Not to mention that the demo image is glued to the back glass with one of those unremovable stickers that always leave residue or mark. Tried installing it with rubber gloves to minimise the smudges, but still does not look as good as it was when new.

I love this little frame. I love the rose gold color and they're really easy to open up and put the pictures inside. The fame is sturdy and is good quality.
