I was little nervous purchasing this unit, it seemed to good to be true. I was pleasantly surprised that it does everything it said it would, and does it well. I would caution a buyer about two things.1) Be sure to check your transmitter frequency. It is not compatible with the 8 channel Boscam transmitter, but it does work with the 32 channel transmitter.2) Keep an eye on the battery life, you don't get a low battery warning. It just shuts off.All in all I am very happy with it and plan on buying another one.

Piece of junk. Bought one about 2 years ago. Worked great but had to get a new one. They don't tell you that the camera does not come with it now. Had to buy camera separately. Was told it would work. Had not worked yet.

I bought one of these units. It's fairly easy to use, with simple drop down menus. It comes with wires for direct recoding off security and/or low light cameras. My only complaint is that while it displays video from a black and white camera, it cannot record video using the supplied cable for black and white cameras. It can record video from black and white cameras using the wireless function, which means you need a wireless transmitter or a camera that transmits wireless signals. This issue doesn't affect color recordings, only black and white recordings. Apparently there is a manufacturing or software bug that needs fixing. Otherwise this is a nice unit.
