Seems so high quality. Tastes good. Cat likes it too. I put a drop in his meal and he licked the bowl clean.

I use this oil as a topical treatment for hair growth on my scalp. I have also drizzled it over salad to use as a dressing. Pumpkin seed oil is supposed to help regrow hair, whether used topically or ingested. Not sure if it's working, but my hair hasn't gotten any thinner. It is at least helping to maintain my current hair levels. It is good quality and has nothing added to it. No strange smells or colors. I have a bottle of more expensive, organic pumpkin seed oil from a different brand and it looks, smells, and tastes identical to this one.

I use this along with a little bit of castor oil on my scalp. My hair feels a lot thicker and softer, I have 3c curly hair and people compliment my hair a lot now! I wish I found this sooner because it doesn't have that greasy feeling and absorbs quickly!
