Horrible, I bought it because it says one piece and I received a box of broken rocks , durty and full of soil.I do not recommend . I am aking amazon for a refund.On top the box came from China ... not Brazil as add says.

If your had a "0" Star Rating, I would give it that. From what I heard from other customers, this stone is not as fragile as it may seem. That leads me to believe that I have been taken because I paid $18.75 for a long rod and I received a broken down mess with pieces less than 1 1/2" like the one advertised for $11.50. It looked like someone smashed it with a hammer. Even a gorilla Post Office handler can not do so much damage unless it rolled a Dolly or Fork Lift over it.

This baby is GINORMOUS! {swoon} I was a little concerned that it would arrive broken like some other reviewers expressed, however, it did not, for it was packaged with care.It has a beautiful luster and is a perfect complement to my home office.I rarely order crystals from Amzn 'cause why would you when there are other sites? Well, color me impressed with this seller! I will definitely be back for more.P.S. I am ridiculously sensitive to energies that, ummm, are rarely seen by the naked eye or felt both those less empathic. I said that to let you know that this beezy is the real deal. I've seen some really beautiful Tourmaline examples recently and decided so get some, I saw the other good reviews and ordered two of these. On the plus size both pieces I received were well over 1/2 a pound, on the down side both were lined with other minerals including something that looks like rust all over it. They came with a heavy handed "only give us a 5 star review or email us if you have any issue" note so I emailed explaining my concern, and received a very fast reply saying that it's most likely mica and calcite and that other people really like them and if I don't like it to send them back. I'm going to keep them, but I'm disappointed because I wanted a piece of tourmaline so I ordered some tourmaline and instead I received some tourmaline filled with mica and calcite. I feel like these "give us 5 stars or nothing" tactics are used to mislead customers, and claims of amazing customer service are not supported by "everyone else likes it" or "send it back if you don't like it."
