Would the paint still wash out of clothes if it had dried on for a week?

Great question! If stain is noticed before laundering, rinse with hot water. Wash in hot water with laundry detergent for about 12 minutes (heavy soil cycle). Soak in a solution of Oxi Clean or Clorox 2 according to the instruction on the container for one hour. Repeat laundry cycle. Repeat laundering should remove any residual stains.
