The Louisville 12 foot Manhole ladder has a 375 pound load capacity, ANSI Type IAA rated. It features double side 3 foot plastic rail protectors to avoid manhole rim damage, heavy duty gussets under steps and new heavy-duty 180 degree boots that allow you to work on either side of the ladder with thick non-marring thermoplastic elastomer tread bonded and mechanically fastened to the upper boot. The polypropylene copolymer upper boot provides strength, durability and fiberglass protection. This ladder is specially designed for use in manholes and meets or exceeds the safety standards set by ANSI, CSA and OSHA. (Item No. FE8912).

Product dimensions are incorrect.
Good ladder but listed product dimensions incorrect due to rubber end stops in both ends of the ladder. This makes the ladder a couple of inches longer and most importantly, an inch wider than the documented width of 14.5 inches.

Two ladders ordered. One was new and the second was used. Packaging was exceptionally flimsy.
