I purchased these for a small project I was working on. The are well constructed and easy to work with. I had no issues with installing into a project box or with soldering leads. Good product at a good price.

I bought these for a project. All six of them were short circuit, a few of them were intermittent short. It looks like the contact ring for the hot is touching the ground because it is constructed in such a way that it could be off-center. Of course, I only found out after having wired them up and after extensive trouble-shooting. The last thing in the world that I expected was the jack socket itself would be short circuit.

Was wiring my deck for speakers and wanted to install Jack's to remove them. The Jack's worked very well.

Tabs are very flimsy. 2 of the 6 couldn't hold up to repeat use of jacks coming and going.

These are just female mono plugs, but what I’m going to use them for will make them a wonderful addition to my studio.

I retrofit some dj speakers with the 1/4 inch Jack's. Worked good.

Didn't feel cheap. Wired right up and my bass is slapping again

Very poor quality. If you tighten just a little too much the jack will short out. Definitely not for secure and fail safe connections on musical instruments.

very cheat made and the positive pole does not lock into male jack. it is too long, just touches it. not a good tight connection.
