I've been using the VITTO Elbow Support Compression Sleeve for a few months now, and I'm impressed with the results. I originally bought it to help with tennis elbow and occasional joint pain from lifting, and it's made a noticeable difference in both comfort and performance. The compression is firm without feeling restrictive — it provides just the right amount of pressure to help reduce inflammation and improve circulation. I often wear it during workouts and even throughout the day when my elbow flares up. It stays securely in place without sliding or bunching, which is a huge plus. The material is breathable and lightweight, so it doesn’t trap heat or cause sweating, even with extended wear. It stretches well and fits comfortably on both men and women. The sleeve is also incredibly easy to use — just slide it on and adjust it to where you need the support most.

Bought this as I had climbers’ elbow (the equivalent of golfers elbow) and it appears to do the job if and only if it is put on properly, this is something you really need to play with to get right. The Velcro is strong, and it helps reduce the pressure on your medial epicondyle whilst working on your recovery. IT WILL NOT cure the problem merely reduce the amount of strain. You should seek medical advice from a good physio to set up a routine to recovery and shockwave treatment on the micro tears are what I found to be the most effective method. I still wear this whilst climbing and my road to recovery is well on the way, so I am hoping I’ll soon not need it. Overall good quality and works well as long as you don’t expect it to cure you.

This is well made and I’m sure is great for larger arms. However it is too big for mine and therefore doesn’t offer support in the correct place. There are also no instructions for where to put the padded section.

I’ve been struggling with golfer’s elbow for a while and finally decided to give this Elbow Support Strap a try. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much because of the low price, but it’s been a pleasant surprise. The strap is really comfortable, easy to adjust, and I can wear it for hours without any irritation. After a few days of use, I’ve noticed a real difference — less pain during everyday tasks. For the cost, it feels like great value and I’m glad I picked it up. Definitely worth it if you’re dealing with elbow pain.

Recommended by my physiotherapist. Small arm strap which can be pinpointed onto the affected tendon. Only just got this but feels that it could be really useful. I have used the larger elbow supports before which are ok when no clothing cover them but awkward when worn under a top. I got the condition from playing golf so hopefully it will do the trick.
