Grips Like A Vise
EXCELLENT TOOL! Solid and well built. It seems like the oil filters on my 2010 Dodge Nitro are always stuck every time I change the oil. This tool broke it free in less than half a turn with a 3/8" ratchet. If you have a stuck oil filter this is the ticket. It grips like a vise and doesn't slip at all. Fits even small filters like mine. I highly recommend this over the old screwdriver method for stuck filters.

Fits most passenger vehicle oil filters
Love this claw over any oil filter wrench, grips nice, does the job every time. position it evenly and it will crush an oil filter before it slips. Very nice for those oil filters changed by God himself. Easy to use with most flex head ratchets for different positions. Do not use on cartridge style filters, (bmw Mercedes dodge Kia etc.) as these require the proper size oil filter sockets. Prefer to use a ball detent button ratchet for easy removal of tool. Otherwise snap on ratchets grab a little hard and be clumsy to remove. Essential technican/mechanic tool due to the frequency of disposable filters in light duty automotive and value.

Quality tool that would rival the more expensive brands.
Works great I don’t see any play that would indicate any weak points, so far I am happy with this product that competes with the big brands for a lot less.

Awesome product!
I needed this to help remove my oil filter on my car which is in a tough to reach spot. Works great. The arms pinch the filter which gives you enough friction to remove it no problem! Simple and easy to use. Definitely would recommend for a DIY oil change on your car!

Keep a rubber band on hand and it's perfect
Works great if you keep a large rubber band with it. Can be finicky trying to get it to catch the oil filter and begin to turn. You need one hand holding the jaw in place or a rubber band around the jaw so it self tightens.

Fits 2001 F150 and 2019 Toyota Camry
Fits the big filters for my 2001 Ford f150 4.6 and small filters like a 2019 toyota camry. Only issue i have is when I install it doesn't really grab like it should but if you can get it on it does great for removing over-torqued oil filters. It is good quality. I don't see it breaking anytime soon and it way better than traditional oil filter wrenches that sometimes damage the oil filter instead of removing it

Forget the other filter wrenches for good
Must have. Better than band wrenches, strap wrenches, filter pliers and filter sockets combined. It will defeat the last guy that seemed like they ran the filter on with an impact. Bought it after breaking my old school filter wrench and never looked back. Gets tighter with increased torque.

Works, but a bit finicky....
It's a little finicky to use, but it beats the hell out of having to use a screwdriver to pry an oil filter out of the cup style filter tool!
