Dream on Me Rocking Cradle, White , 38x22x32.5 Inch (Pack of 1)

This cradle is fantastic. After MUCH research we decided to purchase this cradle and I was taken back when we put it together. Its big and beautiful! First, it does not smell like chemicals at all, hard to find since we also recieved a crib the same day that stinks to high heavens along with others that we have seen. And the finish is Non-toxic. :) Second, it looks wonderful when put together. I mean it really does, the finish is great, not brittle or grainy. Its smooth and solid. Love that. Third, it was totally east to assemble. I mean 10 screws, thats it. Simple. Forth, Though the bottom seems flimsy, there is a support bar under the cradle so thats awesome. And its not like you are putting a 30 pound turkey in there. So no worries, plus the baby only sleeps in the cradle for a short time and Im sure they wont weigh enough to make it a hazard. Believe me, Im a safety and quality control type of person. I investigate everything before I buy it and I would never use something that I thought was not 1000% perfect. Fifth, It just looks fabulous when its all set up. Im using it for my baby shower as a place for my friends to place gifts, so cute. Them my baby will have it to sleep in, yaay! CON: The mattress it comes with is not even suitable for my dog to sleep on. Its all plastic-like and yuck, I hate it. I bought the Naturepedic Organic Cradle Mattress. Good stuff. Its safe with no flame-retardant chemicals and all the junk that comes in that stuff. I also bought a organic crib mattress for my baby. So when I finally get some sleep, atleast it will be peaceful knowing I have done everything possible to make the arrival of my baby safe and happy :)

This cradle looks very nice, and looks like good quality, better then plastic bassinet. I haven't try it with my baby yet as there are couple more days for his birth left. It's also much bigger then bassinet, and I like that my baby boy will have lots of room there. I bought this cradle because I really wanted rocking future, to be able to put baby to sleep easier. And I wanted to keep him close to my bed in the first couple month, so I think it would work perfect for me. It was really easy to essamble. I did it by myself in 15 min with my huge belly that is ready to pop. Espresso color much lighter in real life then on the picture, but I even like it better, looks gorgeouse. Cradle came in good package, it was box inside of box with lots of stuff inside and typed together very tight, there was no chance for damage. Bottom shelf is quite thin that first makes me worry, but I tested it with my 10kg nephew and it didn't broke, so it works. Pad that comes with this cradle is very cheap quality and thin, I didnt expect something better from previous reviews, but it's ok for that price of cradle. So I bought cradle pad better quality separately(18"-36"-3") and it fit perfect. I also bought king size pillowcases that I use instead of cradle sheets. It's much cheaper for better quality(100% Egyptian cotton) 2 of them and I can use it after for my pillows. So for now I really like it, hope my opinion wouldn't change when I will use it with my baby. I would recommend this cradle to my friends for sure.

I have been looking at bassinets and co-sleepers for weeks, reading reviews and looking at prices and nothing fit what I wanted. Finally found the Dream On Me Rocking Cradle, read the reviews and decided this is the one. This is not my first child and I've had the co-sleeper pack and play that attaches to the bed, while its great its to big and bulky and I never used it as a play pen when it was done being used as a bassinet, so for me a waist of money to go out and buy a new one. This cradle is perfect for what I need it for, which is only a few months. I'v already assembled it, nice and sturdy plus sits at a good height to our bed for grabbing baby during the night. I do recommend buying a different mattress pad as this one is to thin and flimsy, with a new born you need something thick and firm. I also bought the breathable mesh crib liner, for portable and cradle cribs from Breathable Baby, which fits perfectly so I don't have to worry about little arms and legs getting stuck in the slats. Paired with a few cradle sheets from Sheet World and I'm ready for baby! This is definitely something I will hold onto when I'm done to pass on to another Mom or if we decide to have another somewhere down the line.

The cradle itself is very beautiful and easy to assemble!!! It's very lightweight. I am 8 months pregnant and I was able to lift it without struggle. My only complaint is that that the box came damaged as you see in my picture right where it says "HANDLE WITH CARE" and within the box the product was damaged right through there. The board that is supposed to support the baby was broken at the upper edge but luckily it doesn't seem to be a huge deal as we put it all together. Still bummed out that I payed a little over $100 for a product that is damaged. It seems to be very sturdy but I guess we will really find out once we put our little one in it for the first time! Update: Also wanted to add a comment about the warning label that I saw some reviews on. People are complaining about the huge warning label and I honestly had no problem removing it. It did not ruin the cradle nor did it stick to the cradle. It came off very smooth and easy.

So much nicer and sturdier than a bassinet! My baby will be able to stay in it for a few months in my room!wood is beautifully finished and matched my room furniture well! Rocks, but I keep the locks on while he sleeps. Was easy to put together, I did it without my husbands help! It is bigger than I realized, but it still fit where I wanted, just more snug. The mattress is a weird size, but I bought king sized pillowcases at Walmart in the color I wanted and they fit PERFECTLY!! If you want a nice, expensive looking cradle GET THIS!!!!

This cradle is beautiful, easy to put together. Good quality and very stable.
