Everlast Cardio Strike Bag Kit

Great everything I expected

the boys in the office love this!!! It's a great stress reliever!!

I like this strike bag. My only concern is that the air doesn't seem to stay tightly locked in. The pump process is slow and hard. Can someone recommend another kind of pump?

This is a terrible product! I filled the air bladder up as firm as it could possibly be and even striking it at only 70% power (I'm a small woman) I strike right through the cushion of the bladder and hit the pole within. OUCH. It is indeed like punching a balloon, except it is a balloon with a steel rod inside that you might hit at any moment. I have bag gloves already, which is a good thing, because my package DID NOT come with a pair like the box said it would. OK fine, I have better gloves anyways. This product is a huge disappointment. The outer cover is very loose and I'd be tempted to wrap some other material around the air bladder to add weight and cushion, but the spring-action of the base is not conducive to a proper bag workout anyways, so I am really not finding any good use for this at all. It could possibly be a good workout bag for kids, except even my 10yo daughter hits through the air cushion and feels the pole on her fist and foot too, so it basically is a useless piece of crap. I wish I had opened it sooner so I could return it, but it sat waiting for a couple months before I opened it, darn.

Some of the reviews are misleading....Following the included instructions you should have no issues with the bag.I initially used an electric air pump which filled the bag to what I thought was complete, but the canvas bag around it seemed ridiculously loose. I referred back to the instructions and finally did use the included foot pump which completely filled the bladder bag and outer canvas bag (COMPLETELY).With reference to the spring in other reviews....this is a cardio strike bag NOT a heavy bag! These are two completely different tools. Once is used for speed, coordination and timing while the other is used for working solid punches and combinations. You wouldn't hit a speed bag with all your might and then complain that it move it around too much and is too light, and you wouldn't hit a heavy bag and be upset that you cant work on speed work because its too heavy.This product is what it is, no issues to date and have used it consistently and with different users since purchase without incidence.

Did not contain the gloves.

Because of these reviews I changed my mind about purchasing the Everlast cardio strike bag kit.
