Delicious and nutritious
Delicious and low in sugar. My 4 year old calls them “fruit loops” because that’s how good they are. I love the clean ingredients and feel comfortable giving them to my son without all the added sugar. He feels like he is indulging! Win/win for both son and mom.

Great healthy chocolate cereal (and snack)
Pros: - The chocolate flavor tastes amazing (cinnamon and honey are also good) - Substantial size but not too big (larger and thicker than Cheerios) - Very crunchy when dry - Great amount of protein - Quite low sugar Cons: - Expensive (but you're paying for quality, and the multi-packs tend to have a better unit price) - The "frosted" flavor was disappointing - it doesn't taste like traditional frosted cereals (perhaps because the sweetening isn't mostly coming from sugar?). It wasn't bad, but it definitely wasn't as good as the chocolate, cinnamon, or honey (if you like those flavors). - I wish these had more fiber, but that's probably challenging since they're grain-free. Other: - Gets soggy in milk as quickly as similar cereals, which may be a good, bad, or irrelevant feature depending on your preference. - The gingerbread flavor tastes fairly similar to the cinnamon. Tip: Since these are expensive, we make them go farther by mixing them with plain Cheerios, which have even less sugar (but almost no flavor and little protein).

Tasty but Expensive
This cereal is incredibly addicting. Just the right amount of sweet and a good crunch. In fact, I go through this cereal too fast. However, it's pricey for what it is, so I'm less prone to purchase. UPDATE: I have additionally tried the cinnamon and unsweetened flavors. I have not been disappointed. I was nervous buying the unsweetened due to reviews, but I'm glad I bought it. It turned out to be a great gluten-free replacement for Cheerios. I do eat this cereal with alternative milks (e.g. macadamia, almond coconut, coconut, etc), but I also don't anticipate foods like this will taste *exactly* like their replacements, though I did find the taste to be (surprisingly!) satisfyingly close enough to their replacements. Notably, the O's are larger, which I like since they give a good crunch. Also, I'm happy to find this cereal is now a/v at my local Safeway, but only in certain flavors. I have to go on Amazon still to buy my unsweetened cereal, which is still more pricey even if buying in bulk, which I can't really do since I have limited cupboard space...so the price is still a big factor for me as far as how often I'll buy this.

Recommended by a slightly rebellious Keto follower
Update, 4/11/2021: Please note that my original review is only for the unsweetened Three Wishes cereal, which I still heartily enjoy. I recently purchased another case of it, but I was sent a case of honey-flavored Three Wishes cereal accidentally. I wouldn’t normally purchase it because of the added sugar and higher carb content, but I decided to open a box and give it a try. I’m sorry, Three Wishes...your honey-flavored cereal is awful. It tastes like plastic. My husband tried a handful of it dry and said exactly the same thing. Those may be natural flavors you use, but they definitely don’t taste like honey. Blech. The unsweetened is still fantastic, though. Waiting excitedly to buy another case when it’s back in stock...while I find an open-minded friend or family member on whom I can foist this awful “honey-flavored” stuff. Original review, 11/25/2019: I'm probably not the target audience for this cereal, because I eat mostly keto and this stuff is a little on the carby side. Nevertheless, I bought a box of Three Wishes unsweetened cereal. Why? Because I don't really miss the sugary, chocolaty, fruity, frosty, animal-mascoted cereals; I miss rice Chex, and corn flakes, and maybe even Cheerios—those simple, not-sweet cereals whose toasty, grainy flavor goes so well with cold milk. There are keto cereals on the market, but I haven't really tried any because most of them are made to imitate over-the-top snack-food cereals marketed to children during Saturday morning cartoons (or granola, but I can make that myself) and, truthfully, it's quite difficult to imitate simple grain flavors with strictly keto ingredients. So I bought a box of this stuff to try, knowing that it wouldn't be something I'd eat regularly, but hoping that a small portion would satisfy my occasional hankering for some of that simple, toasty, grainy cereal. And indeed, it does. The texture is great, and the flavor is almost perfect. Considering the ingredients, and how few of them there are, I was surprised by how much it tastes like grain-based cereals. I'm looking forward to indulging occasionally in this cereal and experiencing a little of that toasty (and now grain-free) deliciousness, thanks to Three Wishes.

Awful!
If I had just peered at the reviews, I wouldn't have purchased this cereal. But I purchased it after searching for protein cereal and seeing it pop up so many times in the past. But the initial taste is this. Very heavily artificial honey flavor i'm followed by a very unpleasant texture. And chemically aftertaste. I also had noticed that it was gluten, free.Because again, I just searched for protein cereal. Not sure if i'3m gonna finish the box.

I want WHOLE food.
Tastes OK, but too refined.

Finally—A Healthy Cereal That Actually Tastes Good!
I wasn’t sure what to expect with a plant-based, grain-free cereal—but wow, I’m genuinely impressed. The Frosted flavor is just sweet enough without that sugary coating feeling you get with traditional brands. It’s light and crunchy, and holds up well in milk (no soggy mess!). - Bonus points for being high-protein, gluten-free, and low-sugar—rare to find all in one box. - I’ve been having it with almond milk or even snacking on it dry when I need a quick bite. - Even my toddler likes it, which says a lot! If you’re trying to clean up your breakfast without sacrificing taste, this is a solid pick. Will definitely be reordering.
