43" 4K Goodness!
I'll just straight up say that this monitor is huge!I've had it now for over four months and it took a bit of time to get used to how much space it takes up on my desk. I don't have exact measurements but my desk is 48" wide and the WM UHD430 pretty much takes up the entire space. One thing that I'm glad that I did was buy an adjustable TV stand because the included small feet just wouldn't do for my setup configuration.OK, before I get into the meat of this review let me list my PC specs because if you want to do any kind of 60Hz gaming on a monitor like this you’re going to need some stout hardware:Core i7 6700K OC’d to 4.4GHzMSI Z170A Gaming G45 motherboardDeepCool Captain 240 AIO2 x MSI GTX 980Ti’s in SLISamsung 950 Pro 256GB m.2 driveG. Skill 32GB DDR 4 (2400) RAMEVGA G2 750W PSUNZXT Noctis 450 Mid Tower CaseWith that out of the way, I’ll jump into my thoughts on this monitor: The colors are pretty good, once you calibrate the monitor that is. It took me some time to play around with the settings to get it the way I like it, and I really wish that I had a color calibration tool. I’m not going to list my settings because it’s subjective- everyone has their own preferences and should base their decisions off of them. Also, I was able to set my GPU’s up to run Adobe RGB at 10-bit, which is nice. I did not have any stuck/dead pixels, and the monitor was able to maintain the 60fps/60Hz motion blur on the UFO test website. It also has a proper 4:4:4 Chroma subsampling and I have not noticed any ghosting/residual image burn-in. IPS panel light bleed isn’t too bad: some areas look ‘warmer’ than others, but it’s not as noticeable if you sit the proper distance away.* (See my thoughts below on that) As for input lag I lack any proper equipment to test it; however I will say that I haven’t noticed any serious lag when playing games. (Keep in mind that your mileage may vary on this)One thing I forgot to mention is that when using Windows on this monitor the pixel density is NOT as tight as a 27”-28” 4K monitor, which means that I don’t have to scale windows to read text.*I do however recommend that you sit further back than I do- it’s a much better experience than sitting up close especially watching movies/playing games. Speaking of, 4K content looks amazing on this panel! I just wish that there were more 4K content available, but that’s the price one pays for getting high resolution monitors. And yes it’s a monitor, not a television though there is an included remote control w/ Korean language buttons. Once I figured out what buttons I needed to press it’s an OK remote.I’ve got three systems plugged into the monitor, with my main PC utilizing the DisplayPort 1.2 port, and the other two systems using the HDMI 2.0 ports. This leads me into an issue that I have with this monitor- HDMI cables. I’ve gone through 4 different HDMI 2.0 cables and only one of them works with the HDMI port on my GTX 980Ti, and it’s the cable that ships with the monitor. The problem with that cable is that it’s too short for my setup configuration, and none of the others will work. I’m fortunate that the DP 1.2 connection works flawlessly though. So in conclusion, would I recommend this monitor? Yes I would, but with some caveats: you’re going to need some serious space to make it a good computing experience; Calibrating is a must; some stout computer hardware is also a must; cables are quite possibly going to be a pain in the rear; Look into getting an adjustable TV stand- I’m so glad that I did.

Great screen, factory defects though.....
I ended up returning the screen but let's talk about why I would still recommend it.Cons:The limit of 60hz is a really bummer for gaming. The controls on the back are a little confusing at first. The dual metal feet while sturdy have a larger foot print.I ended up returning the screen because if a factory defect or damage during shipping. It could not push the proper refresh rate and had constant screen tearing on the HDMI port.Pros:4K at this size us just the absolute best. The pixel density and size make it beautiful to behold. I have a GTX 970 and it handled this screen great. The build quality of the screen itself was superb. It has a brushed metal casing and feet and the display itself had no backlight bleed and only one dead pixel I spotted after a couple of days not even looking for it. For someone wanting to lose their extra screens and go with just one I would highly recommended this gaming is not a huge plus for this screen.

4k Monitor running 60hz thru Surface Dock = Winner!
I am a software developer, with minor dabbling in Photoshop. After struggling mightily with 4k @ 60hz thru my Surface Dock with Surface Book, this monitor is the solution! The only easy way to get 4k @ 60hz is thru a DisplayPort, which immediately narrows down the large monitor (40"+) choices to less than five, or more if you have endless gobs of money. Tried just about every combination of HDMI 2.0 TVs on the market with no success. This monitor has so many inputs, it's criminal, including a DisplayPort. It arrived from South Korea in 2 days, confirming UPS South Korea has a wildly successful black hole shipping program.I have it connected this way (cable must say 4k in some form or another):SurfaceBook --> Surface Dock --> miniDisplayPort-to-DisplayPort cable --> Wasabi Mango TV DisplayPortIt comes with a remote control but the text is Korean (haven't used it yet). The instruction manual is also written in Korean. OSM (on screen menus) are in English. It was basically plug and play, though it doesn't seem to auto-detect input, so I had to select the DisplayPort manually (1st world problems). The built in speakers are not that good if that matters to you (like normal laptop speakers), but has three USB 3.0 ports as well as Optical port and 3.5mm jack for headphones which I tested successfully. There are no settings for audio in the OSM, so adjustments would have to be made external to the monitor. If this holds up for a month, I'll be ordering another. Thanks for the previous reviews, helped in taking the plunge on this monitor, and so far I'm really impressed.UPDATE (5/26/2017)This monitor is still performing great! I am experiencing no input lag as mentioned in other reviews, likely due to the fact I'm using the DisplayPort which affords the 60hz/60fps experience of a computer.Pictures added (hi-res, if you can't see the detail, zoom your browser window)- Text clarity (as best as can be captured with a cellphone)- Desktop area for size reference- Two pictures showing the different UI scaling in Photoshop (mentioned in another review)- Four application windows open to show screen real estate at 100% Windows scalingCheers!

So glad I got this 43" beauty
So glad I got this 43" beauty.I was considering the UHD490 also because pictures of this monitor made it look not as big as it is.I was also concerned about using it as a monitor, since most reviewers are talking about gaming.Neither concern was an issue. In front of you, this 43" monitor is a beheamoth. It's BIG. Bigger than what it looks like in pictures. The monitor has crisp text at 4K resolution and it is not small. Basically, your world has changedwhen you use a monitor like this. I could never go back now. Love it.
