I wanted a refund as the lipstick was open, no stickers on it and the box didn’t have sticker as well. A small zip pouch with the box in is not enough to convince people about the fact that this is new sorry. When I have tried for refund it says that I can’t. I received it just today so the 15days refund policy based on shipment is still valid. Thanks for contacting me ASAP.

Not suitable for dry lips
Not good for dry lips, not staying for a long time and will peeled after sometimes. The color is good tho but not the quality
