Fit is tight and uncomfortable

I don’t believe this product is designed for daily use. Product began to fray after using it for BJJ 2-3 hours a day. Great product none the less I bout two more sets of them so I can use it to cushion my bad knee.

Great pads but if your on tile every time you move your knee’s squeak so loud everyone in the dojo looks at you and laughs.

These took a bit of breaking in, as you might expect with heavy neoprene pads. They don't slide around, and they do have enough cushioning to handle light impact at the skate park. I don't do MMA, don't watch MMA, and rarely even think about MMA, but I skate almost daily, and falling is part of it. These take a knee-basher and turn it into a bump that a middle-aged guy can shrug off. One thing to note: if you expect these to last when taking sliders on concrete or asphalt, think again. Neoprene handles those surfaces like cheddar handles a cheese grater. So wear something over them, whether long shorts or baggy jeans. That's my current system whenever I'm not doing something that calls for the heavy-duty 187 knee pads, and so far it works really well.

Great knee pad for High School wrestling. Fit as expected, comfortable and protected my sons knee while still allowing plenty of movement. Definitely recommend.
