I would like to purchase a couple, but do they work in Greece? As long as they have enough bandwith to support video?

They will work on any standard local data network. Whether or not you have enough bandwidth will depend on what you are trying to accomplish. If you want to make a video call between two phones across the internet then you will need a cloud service or phone system to mediate that call. The bandwidth required for an H.264 based video call with decent video quality is about 512 kbps.

how do I connect this to an Anveo account?

the GXV3370 has  16 lines (which they call accounts) and each line can be programmed independently.   You will need the following info from Anveo: SIP SERVER, SIP User ID, SIP Authentication ID, SIP Authentication Password  (this is the password that you would have setup with Anveo).  I had Anveo VOIP for a while and it worked fine.

Can it be connected to a tv for better viewing?

yes it can as long as the TV or monitor supports HDMI input.   there are connectors behind a cover on the right side of the phone - for USB, HDMI, headphone, and SD Card
