Blood Calcium levels differ from the usual report provided during your annual checkup! I did. My blood calcium was below Normal while my Calcium levels taken during a physical were above Normal. I have taken calcium every day for years. However, not all calcium supplements are equal. I was told to switch to Calcium Carbonate. In two wks my blood calcium had increased to an above Normal test result. I feel soooo much better now! Highly recommend this Calcium Carbonate! Easy to swallow, no after taste, and I am a believer!!

Just what dr suggested

I have a calcium deficiency so my doctor recommended I take a supplement. I have been on the supplement for a while now and have had no problems with the tablets. I am on my 2nd bottle of these. I don't have any stomach upset or burning, even if I take on an empty stomach. The amount I take seems to be keeping my levels where the doc wants them, so my last appt I was told to keep taking as I had been. They are rather large tablets, so if you have trouble taking tablets you may want to break it in two. I don't notice any odd taste or flavor with these. I tend to take my meds together at the appointed times so it would be hard to pinpoint one particular pill's flavor. This is a much better value then purchasing in a pharmacy or store. Plus it's difficult to find a calcium supplement that doesn't have an added amount of vitamin D, or mixed with something else. And getting it shipped to your door is very convenient, on top of the money you save over brick and mortar stores. Hope this helps! Be well
