Only used once but its a great kit. Easy to use and im no professional. It decently big so doing two numbers would be alot of cake depending on the party lol. It took 2 cans of frosting just for 1 number for reference

A fantastic way to make a birthday celebration more special! I used it for my mom’s 70 and everyone loved the idea. Works great, durable and instructions are very clear and usually. I recommend to buy at least a pair so you can bake two numbers or initials at once.

I've been making number cakes by just free hand carving cakes so I decided to use this cake mold and what a life saver!! makes the whole process so easy! I would recommend rinsing as soon as you use if you let the cake dry in the corners it gets tedious to wash but as long as you rinse quick it's so easy to use and wash! comes with instructions for each number and its dishwasher safe!!

I took 1 star off because I ordered 2 sets of these pans, and 1 set came with some bent pieces. But I must say that these pans are great products. As a home baker, they're easy to use and bakes evenly. They booklet that shows you how to form numbers and letters were also very useful.

This is a great product! Easy to use and instruction’s very straightforward. If you’re using boxed cake, one box fits perfectly in this size pan. I’m considering buying another one to save baking time. I highly recommend specifically for beginners.

My granddaughters, ages 11 and 12, and I make all the family birthday cakes. We decided that everyone this year will get their initial (15 cakes this year); so far we've done 5. Luckily, we made a practice cake when we first got the pan, which was a disaster - but we learned from our mistakes (spray the pan and inserts really well! Also, it has worked better for us to let the cake cool completely in the pan before turning it out - loosen sides first. Another thing we do is just use one cake mix, as opposed to one and a half boxes - the cake isn't as tall, of course, but quicker than measuring half a box, or making cupcakes with the leftover batter. Also, we always doctor the cake mix, replacing the water with whole milk, and using the whole eggs, as opposed to just the whites, in a white cake mix. We did make a chocolate cake from scratch - again, just the one recipe - yummy! We decorate them, according to the person's likes, even giving macarons a try the night before, which we had beginner's luck on, to decorate one of them. Sorry I don't know how to post pictures! One more thing - there is a tiny bit of seeping under the dividers, but it's no big deal - breaks off easily. Love it!

My sons bought this for my daughter’s 12 birthday. I was a little worried it would not be as easy to use as it seemed. Then my daughter decided to make (for the first time ever) a pineapple upside down cake. I just imaged the oozy mess and all the brown sugar and juices sliding under the inserts and the chore it would be to clean up later. I worried my tween would never want to use it a second time. I was absolutely ASTOUNDED. Her cake came out beautifully, the oozy was amazingly little considering the nature of a pineapple upside down cake and the clean up was the easiest thing I’ve ever cleaned. Why can’t my frying pans be made of this stuff. I can’t believe how reasonable the price is for what you get. My daughter has already made a carrot cake as well and everything slides out of the pan with ease. I can’t say enough about this pan. Don’t hesitate to buy it! You won’t be disappointed.

I absolutely love this cake pan! I was looking for a pan for my daughter's 4th birthday and did not want to buy a "4" mold since it's use would be limited after this one occassion. I ordered this pan and it was perfect. I am excited to have it for future use and my family is already asking to borrow it for their own baking plans. I followed the advice of other reviewers and made sure to spray and then coat the pan with flour before use to prevent sticking. Make sure to spray & flour the inserts you are using too. I had no issues at all! The only error I made was not baking the cake in a backwards "4" so that I could flip the pan over easily after it baked and decorate the flat side. It was a little challenging getting the 4 out as a result without some tearing, but nothing a little icing couldn't patch up. I used 1 box of store bought cake mix and it was the right amount. There was minimal batter around the inserts and what little there was after baking was easy to trim away. This is a must have cake pan for bakers. I would gift this to someone I knew loved to bake and did not have one. I wish I has discovered it previosuly.

Quería hacerle a mis hij@s una tarta de 11 años y después de leer las buenas reseñas, opté por este molde. No soy un experta haciendo tartas y nunca hice una tarta así pero no lo dudéis porque resultó genial! Viene con instrucciones para hacer cada número y letra y es muy fácil de seguir. Utilicé una spray anti-adherente antes de echar la masa. Todo salió genial y no se pegó nada. No tuve que limpiarlo para hacer el segundo número 1 (pero sí eché más spray por si acaso). Se limpia con facilidad y se nota la calidad de los materiales. En la foto que adjunto, recorté la parte de abajo unos 2,5cm en cada lado (=un cuadrado en cada lado) para que entrase ambos números en la base de tarta (40cm x 40cm) que tenía. También corté un trozo arriba para dar más forma al número. La entrega rápida y estoy muy contenta con la compra!

Moule très satisfaisant pour un usage domestique, pour créer des gâteaux pour la famille. La notice est très bien faite, elle nous donne des idées de formes de gâteaux. Moule à l'usage très intuitif, les blocs qui permettent de former le chiffre ou la lettre se positionnent comme des Legos. Selon la forme souhaiter, on peux manger à 10 (gâteau en forme de 1), par exemple. Pour un démoulage parfait, il faut bien chemiser (beurrer et fariner), le grand moule et les petits modules. Le moule principal est lavable au lave-vaisselle mais pas les petits modules.

Die Wilson Zahlen-Kuchenform ist super praktisch und macht das Backen von Zahlenkuchen zum Kinderspiel. Der Teig lässt sich leicht einfüllen und die Kuchen lösen sich problemlos aus der Form. Perfekt für Geburtstage oder besondere Anlässe – sehr zufrieden mit der Qualität!

I have used this to make several number cakes and it works so well that i just purchased my second one! Its much easier than a full sheet cake that u then cut into shape which I find has lots of waste this one is super simple and you can leave just as is or cut a few edges if u want specific shapes. It also comes with a guide on how to achive your letters/numbers. Fully recommend!

I am giving 5 stars, but have to return as it is just not feasible for me as it's just too big! Shame it's not a useable size, I wouldn't be able to use it regularly enough to justify the cost. Wish I could. It is very big, I was so excited to use this, as wanted to make a number cake without faffing about with 'templates', first try review- too much cake waste as wasn't sure on how much batter to use. I used my recipe for 2 round 9 inch cakes - twice, as wanted 2 layers- Finished cake is massive, Number 16 cake trimmed & trimmed again to fit the board & box I bought on Amazon. Once cake was on the board, could not fit cake in my American style fridge, as you would whilst crumb coating etc. I'm a Homebaker/Hobby Baker but don't like things complicated. Bought this as wanted to try number/letter cakes. Initially on inspection I wanted to return. However, decided to try it out first so I could give an 'all round' review. Prime delivery excellent. The tin itself is well made as you would expect from Wilton. The inserts however, very thin and very easily bent out of shape with very sharp edges. Instructions are easy on how to use the inserts. You as the baker will need to work out amount of batter needed. Don't expect Inserts to sit 'tight' in the grooves, I was worried my batter which was a wet mixture, would run- it didn't. First time using this tin, I greased and lined the entire base, greased the inserts too. Left cake to cool in tin before turning out onto another piece of greaseproof paper which aids moving the cake around. I was a bit heavy handed with the cutting edge as instructed to define the numbers. Will know for next time. I have bought 2, because if making double numbers you need 2! No need to buy individual moulds. Would I recommend- Yes, but be aware final cake is massive!
