Donier 2020 Upgrade Chinstrap (Black&Blue25)

It met my needs. When installed it has the same appearance as the body colored panel from inside the car. It blocks the sun during the hot days and allows me to quickly switch to a transparent view at night or on cooler days without having to change the roof panel. That's especially convenient when I am not at home where the roof panel not being used is stored. I'm not a real fan of the plastic mounting tabs, which I had to trim to allow the headliner to properly fit in the transparent roof panel frame. But I knew what I was going to get when I ordered it. The tabs do hold the headliner in place with no indications of it falling out of place yet, even with not inserting one of the rear outer tabs. There are three tabs along the back edge. I don't insert the one tab as it seems it might take a little more force to get it into place than I am willing to exert and possibly damage something. It is easy to insert and remove from inside the car with the transparent panel in place, although I wonder if the tabs will eventually wear the roof panel frame. The cabin temperature might be a little higher during a hot day than with the body colored roof panel in place, but certainly more tolerable than without using the headliner. But I never saw that the headliner was supposed to be as good as an insulator as the body colored roof panel. I am happy with the headliner.

I have a white 1998 c5 corvette with acrylic top. The Texas heat of the summer has proven to be somewhat unbearable. I have been driving around with a piece of poster board that falls down at the worst moments. So i found this roof panel shade and for $65.00 i wasnt expecting much. I received it today and am amazed. It fits perfectly and is made of quality materials. Definatly recomend this product and could not be happier

It's just what we needed. Haven't installed it yet but he's happy. He loved the catalogues included too. Four stars since I never received tracking info, but otherwise everything was great.
