ERTL John Deere 210G LC Excavator

ERTL did ok with the Build of this 850K Dozer , The Blade fell off while taking it out of the box ,all the pins fell out ,I was Grateful their was a Plastic holding the Dozer in so the pins didn't get lost, Just take care when it is opened for the 1st time..

This review is for the Diecast Masters Tandem Tractor and Trailer with CAT Excavator (1:50 Scale). I can only say that my wife and I were both wowed when we opened the box. There were a lot of boxes to open, but it was worth it...lol. By a lot of boxes I mean it's packed incredibly well, and Amazon packed it incredibly well on top of that. The Diecast Masters Tandem Tractor and Trailer with CAT Excavator (1:50 Scale) itself is strong as death. Super detailed and just beautiful . I wouldn't give it to a young person to push around in the dirt, it's not meant for that. It's a display piece, and a beautiful one at that!!! 5 Stars and I wish I could give them 10. I was apprehensive about spending that amount of money, but when you see the product......you get what you pay for has never applied so well. :) 1/50 scale and 50 Stars.

It arrived tossed in the box. Was out of the packaging. The zip ties that was holding it down was cut. The plastic railing on the excavator was broke off, the mirrors was also broke off.

This truck and trailer combo fits perfectly in the collection. An d as for the seller Outback Toys. They are great. Booster came with a missing part and they came through with a replacement in about a week. I will buy from them again 😃

I'm sorry so many of you had a negative experience with this product? My 2nd one arrived today, and there were no issues with either. I purchased 1st one for a retirement gift. I liked it so much that I bought one for myself. These are highly detailed die cast models meant for display. I really like the articulation on them, but they ARE NOT toys. They should only be gently handled, and not actually played with. If you do, then yes, it will get destroyed, and you will indeed have wasted your money.

Pro's: Nice color and parts articulate quite well. Decals look nice as well.Con's: Some parts are plastic, specifically the steps on both sides of the dump truck. They are not secured very well and one side was not attached upon arrival. The other side came off when my son picked up the dump truck. Then a hand railing came off as well. The plastic used was very brittle.Ertl makes so.e great toys. I grew up playing with them as well. But they might want to rethink the plastic used in this product.

It's Ertl, so their models are not as nice as some manufacturers out there, but still, it's a great representation of the Deere brand. They need to improve the tracks though, they are really loose and saggy. Shipping was super fast though!
