Is it gluten free?

Thanks for your question! Modeling Clay does not contain gluten. Crayola Dough is the only product manufactured with wheat (flour) as an ingredient.  All other Crayola products, including Silly Putty, do not contain wheat or other grains known to be a source of gluten. Since most of our modeling compounds are made in the same manufacturing facility and may be made on the same machinery, there is a chance of cross contamination. Does this come with a bucket too? I read 1lb comes with resealable bucket.

No, just pieces of clay different colors . It doesn't need to be kept in bucket. As long as you keep it away from hot surfaces it keeps shape perfectly

Does the color come off on your hands or onto the surface where the clay is being used?

The color does bleed onto hands with extended use but washes right off, no stains on our white table.  Our daughter loves it.

How do you get modeling clay out of clothing that has been washed and dried?

Oh, no! We are sorry to learn that the Crayola Modeling Clay had a trip through the laundry and left a stain. I'd be happy to help with a stain removal suggestion. 
1. Scrape off as much clay as possible.  
2. Use ice cubes to chill the clay making it easier to scrape away.  
3. Saturate a cotton ball with rubbing alcohol and blot the stained area.  
4. If stain persists, rub liquid dish soap(Dawn or Joy) into the stain and wash as normal.  Repeat as needed.

Before attempting the removal method, test each procedure on an inconspicuous area of the material or surface to be cleaned. When specific brands are recommended it is because they were most effective in removing stains; however, competitive brands may work equally as well.
