Description

This fresh, white, and soft cheese is slightly crumbly and mild with a bit of a tang. Goat cheese is healthy. This is because it is relatively low in fat and a good source of calcium and protein. It's also very digestable. This cheese is great with fresh fruit, sundried tomatoes, or bread. It is best served with Rhone wines or white wines like Pouilly-FumÎ or Sancerre.
