i got big legs and my thighs hurts on mostly all chairs except this one i found, it came packed perfectly and professional, when i assembled it, i had fun everything was guided and well boxed, they really did great with the packing, they even put inside a free gloves assembly. would recommend this chair to anyone, its sturdy with A+ quality

Perfect choice...
The chair is amazing. After lot of research, I landed on this one...and the choice was spot-on. Lumbar height is adjustable and even the seat depth is adjustable. I just got a cushion on top of this for my sciatica and have been extremely comfortable on it...best option ever...

Not so bad
Assembly instructions were actually good and it wasn’t too painful. Quality is ok. Doesn’t feel luxurious but it works.

Excellent build
I was a little concerned that i would struggle with the build of the chair. It was very well thought out by company including providing gloves to use. This comes in handy when using the provided screwdriver to tighten all the screws. One issue i did was was the casters are difficult to put in. However once i aligned the caster so that it was straight i was able to use my what to whack it...a bit painful on the hand but the chair is so strudy that its worth a 1 minute discomfort. Worst case let one of your kids do that part. All in all happy with the comfort of the chair and the setup of the head rest which is quite flexible. Super comfortable and the color (i purchased the grey one) is very nice a little change from black.

Better when removed lumbar support
I am using it for past 6 months. However its not comfortable to sit for long hours with lumbar support at lowest setting as it sticks out and hurt lower back more than it supports it. I was able to manage to pull out that small piece of lumbar support (wasn't easy though). After that its perfectly fine to use do not feel the need for additional lumbar support as back rest shape is ergonomic and tilt and other settings are perfect for long working hours headrest is also adjustable and comfortable. Using 8+ hours during all working days for past 6 months, a good buy for WFH full time.

1 Year Later - Broken
Overall was a decent chair. Unfortunately, around 10 months into using the product, the gas lift has completely broken. Very unfortunate given the price of this chair.

Good for ppl that sit on desk
Good for ppl that sit on desk for long, it will support your back and neck. well-ventilated so no heat beneath.
