That sounds like a recipe for disaster, but I was interested enough to buy all of Nick Cutter's books before having even ever read one, and this was the first I read. I have to say, I got completely lost in this book and read the whole thing in a day and a half. I won't sugarcoat anything, the book is disgusting, in the best possible horrific way. The story is solid, the characters believable, and one of the characters is so despicable that I haven't read a better crafted villain in a long time. I highly recommend this book for hardcover horror fans, but people that just dabble in horror... well, read at your own risk. Review: The Troop är galet bra. Psykopatkaraktären Shelley är involverad i de absolut värsta, och han är verkligen den som höjer boken flera nivåer. Fantastisk.
