Item was exactly as described, packaged well, and shipped promptly. I used it the same day it arrived and successfully fixed two rock chips on my windshield. The kit was easy to use and worked great. I’m giving it 4 stars only because I reserve 5 stars for something truly exemplary. Overall, very satisfied and would recommend.

Better than a claim, I didn’t know filing a claim to repair a chip is counted as an accident for four years when you change car insurance companies. So now I took the chance of doing the repair on my own and found out I do better than the leading windshield repair company that my insurance company hires..

Bought this after seeing it on Project Farm. While this windshield repair kit was many many times more expensive than the other reviewed kits, it came out on top, and I like working with nice tools, it makes jobs easier. That being said, other than the one part (the aluminum clamp) that is CNC'd, everything else is pure Chinesium. The $7 UV flashlight (found it on Amazon) comes with a AA battery, which works, but fits sloppy in the light. The proper battery you want is a 14500. The case feels cheap, the light holder feels cheap, and the upgraded Dremel isn't worth the added price. You can buy a new Dremel of the same model for less than the upgrade price. Regardless, I'm keeping the kit, but begrudgingly.

Bought this for my husband to fix our vehicles. I commute 100 miles a day for work and managed to get 3 rock chips in 3 weeks on a brand new windshield. This kit has paid for itseslf already

As a shop we are always looking for better tools to help with all kinds of repairs. Using this has make glass repairs much easier. The photos attached are of an apprentice using the tool on their first try on a personal vehicle. Great results right out of the box.
