Built Solid with Solid Security
This USB drive is solid, with it's metal construction. Using the iStorage app, this drive is unlocked via your phone's Bluetooth. I have the face ID set up so I do not have to remember the password. Compared to other USB drives, this is an expensive USB drive. This is to be expected because of the hardware based encryption and other technologies. If you need to secure your media, this drive is the way to go.

Je cherchais une clé sécurisée. J'ai toujours sur moi une clé avec : - scan de carte d'identité - bulletin de salaire - fichier Excel avec mes MDP. Donc, flippant si je perds la clé... même si le fichier Excel est protégé... on ne sait jamais. Du coup, j'ai cherché une solution et j'ai opté pour cette iStorage Datashur BT 64Go. La notice est claire : téléchargement de l'appli dédié, activate grâce au code sur le connecteur (la partie en métal que l'on insère dans le lecteur USB du PC ou du Mac)... Ensuite, c'est super simple à configurer. Moi, j'ai activé FaceID via mon iPhone 13 Pro plus la désactivation de la clé si je m'éloigne... La clé est super rapide. ;-) Petit commentaire : la clé chauffe ! On verra bien sur la durée.

J'ai aussi acheté la version à 660€...qui est tombé en panne au bout de 6 mois...et la réaction du SAV par mail.. "Oui n le sait il y a des problèmes de batterie sur ces modèles"... sans déconner, 660€ et ils savent que c'est de la daube...et que ça peut tomber en panne.. ***A EVITER***

Ich habe den Stick erworben um vertrauliche Dateien als Backup zu sichern, der Zugriff auf den Stick erfolgt mittels App per Bluetooth und mit einem Kennwort. Sprich ohne dem Smartphone ist der Stick für Angreifer wertlos. Zumindest dem der darauf Wert legt, das sensible Firmendaten nicht ungeschützt auf USB-Sticks gespeichert werden, kann ich dieses Produkt empfehlen. Jedem dem es zu "aufwändig" ist, empfehle ich die Aufgabe einem anderen anzuvertrauen, dem Sicherheit am herzen liegt.
