Great Product but a little tricky to use after initial setup. As you will read in the reviews, alot of people will say that after powering on, for 3 seconds, it will spray and turns off. This is True because the same thing happened to me lol. However I found the solution to my problem after reading through the comments section. This mode where it sprays for 3 seconds & powers off is called intermittent mode and VERY TRICKY to get product out of this mode. The trick is when you first plug in the USB cord to the machine, when you hear the beep. Press the Power button three times rapidly & this should make the product work as described. Only issue I have is that I developed a small hairline crack out of no-where but product still works fine. I use with essential oils & water to keep my car & room smelling fresh. I will buy another one.

this is a great product, it looks very nice, feels fancy and heavy. The only thing, is you HAVE to keep it charging while using it. It does last only 5 hours, which is perfectly fine for your car ride. BUT like I said, it is very annoying that you must power it on and off and you must leave it charging. I wanted something a little more flexible. but again I am not saying this is a bad product. ITS REALLY NICE. but I honestly just want something easier to use.

After about two weeks of use my diffuser stopped working. It would be great if this company can send a new one my way as I love the product itself but unfortunately I think I just got a faulty product. I have still not heard back from this company about replacing my oil diffuser .. so this review will remain negative
