I use for winemaking!
I had a Chileal cab from fresh juice that was overly tannic/acidic and used 1 teaspoon Gum Arabic in 6 teaspoons of water in 6 gallons and the flavor profile went to perfect! Smoothed out harshness and created great mouthfeel. Totally chemical free and from the Acacia tree, its a savior of bad wine.

Great dry gum arabic for watercolor paint
I use this dry gum arabic when making my own watercolor paints, and it works really well. I prefer the dry powder form because it gives me more control. If a batch of paint ends up a little too watery, I can add a small amount to help thicken it and improve the consistency. I’ve already gone through two jars and I’m halfway through my third. The price is great for the amount you get, and it’s been reliable every time. I’ll definitely keep buying it.

Easy to mix and use
I was hesitant using this with my watercolor painting, but glad that I gave it a try. Easy to mix with water and paint. Adds a little sheen to the paint which is perfect for some subjects. A little goes a long way. Will buy again.

Perfect for my homemade gliders paste
Not what I wanted. I was hoping for the liquid, NOT powder. It works as I need, but would prefer not to have to mix it. Still looking for the liquid one.
