I always take these, 2 together right around a major meal, once a day. If I'm having crazy fatty foods, I'll take two doses of two capsules with meals. I've been doing this for years and really benefit from it, with no side effects other than maybe making you go to the bathroom too much when you take it continuously or on days when you take a stronger dose, but that's a good thing because it cleans you inside.

Not a bad supplement but I was able to find a comparable capsule for around the same price at a significantly higher pill count.
