Nice Guys get this book! It is the next step needed after Dr. Glover's book. Chuck's 30-day journal is brief, but effective. It has kept me focused energized about continuing my journey forward.

Boring concepts, too abstract
The book doesn’t have any valuable insights. It is has abstract concepts and it is constantly talking about the author life experiences. Half of the book is for you to fill in blank space by writing what u think.

A must-have to go along with the book!
It's so simple! Easy to use and perfect to go along with the book. It helps me reflect on the reading and allows me to process in such a clearer way. The layout is great and so engaging. I love it and recommend it as a must.

A practical companion to the classic book
Exceptionally clear and concise. No high brow philosophy, just practical plan for immediate action. Reviews that suggest it lacks substance must not realize this is a companion to Dr Glover’s book. Together they provide the background and basis (Glover) and a daily plan for implementation (Chapman). As an aside, I can speak from experience that Chuck is an excellent guide if you are looking for one-on-one coaching. You’ll not do better.
