Amazon let me down - Unhappy Prime Member
This product was bought in April 2017, 6 months later the Concealed Cistern began to leak. As it is a concealed unit, it was built into a tiled wall in the bathroom The repair of the unit involved removal of unit, the reinstalation of the unit, new plaster board, and all tiles had to be replaced , as original tiles were no longer available.. The total outlay for plumbers, tilers etc in my newly refurbished bathroom was ÂŁ950.. Not taking into account the inconvenience and stress...Amazon totally ignored my plea for compensation. I have now been charged for failing to return the mangled remains of the extracted FAULTY CISTERN..
