My first mirror arrived with missing parts. Contacted Customer Services, who sorted it all and sent me a new one. Fantastic!The mirror is excellent and you can insert batteries (AA) or use the USB lead included. The 10x mirror is brilliant for eye make up, eyebrows etc or close up work. The mirror can swivel from portrait to landscape. The lights are great, and I can finally use it in bad lighting. Super delivery.. Would recommend.. Thank you 😊

This is the 2nd Fancii product I have purchased. And the 2nd time I have NOT been disappointed. :) This is a quality mirror. The brightness levels are excellent; with different lighting types. And it is super light (ideal for travelling once the pandemic is over and we can actually travel!). I am currently using it with batteries, but it can be charged and used with a USB cord as well. If there is one tiny negative it would be the cord: it's a tad too short. The kickstand is great, it can be turned at any angle. The small magnifying mirror sticks well, with suction cups, to the surface of the large mirror, and it magnifies really well. I am very happy with this purchase. Highly recommended!

I surprised that it is so light! It is definitely very portable for travel and definitely will help to hasten my make up routine. I will be placing it near to my work station at home, so that i can look better in my virtual meetings!
