I am a beginner gardener (started this spring) and I have made hundreds of messes trying to get loose soil into those tiny seedling cells. I finally decided to give these a try and I'll never go back to loose seed starting soil again. These are mess free and the seeds love them as much as I do. I use them in the mini greenhouse trays and my seedlings have literally been springing up overnight. AAA+ I've already ordered and received my second round of 200.

Poor quality. I was very disappointed with these as I’m used to the brand-name version these seem to be very tightly packed even when expanded the seed has a hard time turning…they don’t stand up on their own once expanded very uneven so I give it a true thumbs down

Seed starters

Got to start seeds in the future. I have the trays. This way I get a head start in planting for the spring.

I use these cells to refill reusable Jiffy seed starting trays. These pellets took a while to hydrate & they don't stand up straight in the cell tray indentions. The tops had to be cut to allow seeds to be planted, which was a bit tedious, doing over 100 of them. They also gave off a slight musty odor. But, my seeds are beginning to sprout after just 4 days, & that's the main test.

The price was great but these are not nearly as "easy" to use as sine other types.I had to cut the tops off of every one after soaking in water.About 30% of them were lopsided and kept falling over.

Arrived as described. Bags work well when filled with soil and seeds. You have to do all the work in filling with your preferred amendments. Very time-consuming at best. Best to purchase pellets period.
