Scratches everywhere, It was used earlier
I received previously used item or display item, it has many scratches and was not clean. Also, installation instructions was not available. I just received today, the only reason that I am not able to raise a return request is that my 2 years old daughter saw it and wants to play with it and can not wait. I had to clean every part of it, bad experience.

I am very disappointed with this. First, it arrived several days late. Then this item is not only DIFFERENT than the original photo, but it is also DEFECTIVE and DAMAGED.It is not the original product - the steps are not evenly spaced like the photo and the number of nuts and bolts on the sides are different. The color of the bar is also different. It is defective as the basketball hoop does not fit into the slot and cannot be used. It is damaged as it is covered in scratches and scrapes. I tried to contact the seller before writing this review but after 4 days I have not heard back.
