Unappealing Format/Layout
It's my own fault for purchasing this, but I thought maybe the actual product would be better than the preview online showed. The print is too small for my 55 yr old eyesight even with reading glasses. The words in the gray columns are hard to read - bold print would have been better. This journal lacks personality if that makes sense. I have a Clever Fox planner and it is appealing and makes me want to use/write in it. This - not at all. Very boring. With that said, hardcore fitness folks might not care, but for someone getting started on my fitness journey, this was a letdown.

Not satisfied
Not what I thought it would be. Has only one place for results. Beginning and end. I think a fitness journal should have a place for weekly prgress.

All you need
The usual book I get, "The Workout Log" wasn't able to ship to me for some reason?? Anyway, after trying another that didn't meet expectations, I got this one. It was a little more $$ Than I want to pay, but it's got what is needed. Spiral bound for easy use in the gym, pages have 12 lines for weight sets, and 5 for cardio, plus date, muscle groups and start/stop time. Size is good, like my old one, it's enough room to get my info logged in. There are other pages for your measurements, goals and progressive tracking, I got it just for the daily logging.

Solid Workout Journal for Basic Needs
I purchased this planner to help establish good fitness/nutrition habits; track my progress, and meet my goals. I’ve used the clever fox ultimate achiever before, so wanted to give this a try.What I like:I love that the planner is undated and gives a significant amount of time to record and track...28 weeks. There are ample spaces to record specific goals and progress, as well as a fantastic amount of daily space for logging your workouts. The price point for the product is reasonable, and I like the color selections available. It’s wire bound and can lay flat or be folded over.What I feel could be improved:In the starting point and results page, I’d like to see more spaces to customize and track additional measurements (clothing sizes, visceral fat, muscle mass, etc) to compare current state and results. Incorporating a section on weekly meal planning and expanding to a 2 page daily format to incorporate meal plans, a food journal, and daily habits to do list/habit tracker would be ideal.Things that would completely WOW! me would be to add a pen loop, pockets, page marker/bookmark, a way to keep the book closed, and some fun stickers.All in all, a solid workout journal for basic needs.

A Perfect Fitness Journal!
I love this fitness journal! The quality is perfect, the pages are thick, and it has everything you need to start or continue your fitness journey. In the front you'll find a place to record your starting measurements and results when the journal is completed along with a spot to include before and after photos. Next, there are 2 pages where you'll record your goals, then 4 pages on which to record progress, whether it be weight lifted, ongoing measurements, reps, time spent exercising, really anything you choose! After that there's a calendar to set up days you plan to do cardio or weights or yoga... The rest is set up for daily activities with plenty of room to track individual activities. In the back is a section to record nutritional information of your commonly eaten foods. Finally there are 7 dot grid pages for notes. This journal was very well thought out, as are all of the Clever Fox planners and journals!

Nice Fitness Journal but missing pages
This is a great tracker for fitness. Unfortunately, mine arrived with 6 blank pages in random spots throughout the book.

Love it!!!
Love this fitness planner! I can easily track up to 12 exercises per workout and up to 6 sets. Good place to jot down notes and rate my workout at the bottom. I will purchase again and again! Oh and I LOVE the pink cover...so girly!

Fitness Journal
I haven't started to use the journal yet but I am pleased with the features provided. I believe this will be very helpful in 2021. Oneof the features I really like is that I get to put in my dates so I am not binded to start on January 1.
