Can I get this head in white 14 Hydraulic snare?

Haven’t seen them in white, only black, red and blue

The head in the picture is not level 360 (no "level 360" stamp) but description says it has level 360. which is accurate? picture or item description?

All the Evans heads use the 360 technology these days so they dropped it from the markings on the heads. If it's a current product it has 360, and will state it on the box but not on the head itself.

Is the photo accurate - does it really look like it has bubbles in it when it's tuned/tightened on the drum?

Yes. The picture is a very accurate depiction, even when torqued.

I'm fairly new to playing the drums will this hydraulic drum head give me a good sound i need for a new bee. thank you

This snare is amazing For rock! If you're looking to have a really have snare hit on 2 and 4 then this is your thing. If you want a more versatile snare I'd reccomend a reverse dot head or along those lines
