The case is thick compared to the original Huawei slim case. Also the front cover does not close likt the original which kind of stays shut. This one flops open. The frond does not cover the entire phone like the original. The reason why I only give it three stars is because the case is too thick to allow it to charge on a magnetic charger. I have to take off the cover every time I want to charge it. This will not lead to longevity in the case or phone.

When the case is folded back the sensor in the phone is picking up the magnet in the case, Too strong? Causes the phone to lock itself.

I have had the same case before and I wanted to replace it. I could not find it again by the same supplier but this is almost identical. The only thing that I am not so happy with is that the front is very shiny. The other one was a matt finish. This one shows every fingerprint.

I've had a P30 pro for over 3 years and the official case is starting to get a little tatty so I ordered this as a replacement. As soon as I put my phone in this new case I could tell it wasn't going to be as good. The front flip-open cover sits very loosely on the screen and slides about a lot. Without a good quality screen protector this is likely to mark/scratch the phone screen. The material used for the fold in the case is also too long/wide and the front flip cover leaves a roughly 5mm gap on the left of the screen when closed (see picture).Also, whilst not a big deal, the colour of the case appeared much brighter in the product photos on Amazon than in the actual case.Overall this is a cheaper price than the official case but not by enough to make it worth getting as an alternative given the significantly lower quality. It's not an awful case but it isn't good either. I have returned mine and will be spending a little extra to get the official case again as it is a much better fit.

I bought this phone case as my old one had worn out, I was surprised that it was such great quality, fits the phone properly, looks smart and offers brilliant protection for my phone. I'm really over the moon with this case especially for the price

Having used various case for my Huawei P30 Pro with them all providing varying levels of protection I thought I'd give this one a go.I have now used it for a few months and I am happy! It provides sufficient protection for everyday 'normal' usage. I use it in conjunction with a tempered glass screen cover and a rear camera lens cover too. I like this over the full body case I previously used because it retains the touch feedback of the screen and clarity too.With the screen flap closed I am able to answer calls and see basic notifications too.With it open I can tuck the flap behind the phone when using with one hand or when putting in my car cradle with no issues.No issues with any of the ports being covered or audio distortion either which is great.Overall a great case for everyday use if you take reasonable care of your device. It certainly won't protect your phone from carelessness or neglect a great deal, but protects from your usual bumps and knocks.Recommended.

This is a replacement case as previous one was becoming tatty first problem the gripping edges are slowly peeling back the screen saver. Second thing is that the lid does not fit snugly but I have to say it is adequate then there's ths gap between the flash and camera lens this was on the last case covered. But hey ho all okay so far just a little different from my last similar case.
