This Stainless Steel Garlic and Ginger Press comes with a garlic peeler and a brush as well which is a bonus as the garlic peeler works very easy and well allowing me to peel my garlic without having to use a knife and getting the garlic into my nails. The actual press is stainless steel very easy to use and clean as well. It makes using fresh ginger and garlic into cooking quick, convenient, and a no mess process. After using I just do a quick rinse and I actually use the brush that comes with it to make sure all the pieces are out of the little holes. The handles are very solid and comfortable to use. Its honestly the quickest way for me to get fresh garlic into my favorite dishes, as before I would be peeling the garlic then trying to cut it into small tiny pieces or using a grater no more garlic/gingery hands as we all know its very hard to get that smell off your hands once you start cutting into garlic even grating it your still getting the juices onto your hands so this is truly an awesome thing you easily get your crushed ginger or garlic minus the messy hands.
