Not too shabby
Really comfortable, perfect sized for an active big man auto mechanic. I got tired of tearing and ripping my sweats and overalls since they are pricey. These are very budget friendly, will update how they wear in an active work environment around the shop.

Great bang for your buck and comfort fit
Dickies has been my go to brand for years for my pocket t-shirts and other comfort items. These pants are a 55% cotton, 45% polyester blend, making them lightweight and comfortable. The description calls them pull-on with an elastic waist. They do have an elastic waist and, but it isn't overly stretchy. They also have a button and zipper fly, with a drawstring on the inside. The overall quality is great, as I expect from Dickies. I wear these using a stretch belt, since these include belt-loops.I find that the inseam is a little long, and that they are pretty much an accurate size according to the sizing guideThese are among the less expensive brands.I highly recommend these if you are looking for a lightweight, comfortable, and quality pant, that could be suitable to wear out. I'll be buying more colors.

Comfortable but oddly long
I run quite a large size (46) so that means generally going with XXL for drawstring/pull on type pants, usually this means about a 30 inseam, I'm not sure quite what these are as I haven't measured them but they seem to be around a 46Wx34L which is quite an odd size. If XXL/2XL is your size be prepared to possibly get these hemmed or have to roll them unless you have quite long legs. These have about an inch of stretch on the band, enough to give some flex but not feel loose and the drawstring allows it to tighten about an inch if needed. The eyelet over the right pocket is nice if you need to carry a keycard, keys, or in my case my Dango wallet with tether. There are some slimmer pockets on each side for something about the width of a box cutter (which is what I use them for)Time will tell about the durability, these are more for the medical field than anything but I'm using them where I need to move around on my knees a lot so I'm interested to see how long the inseam lasts without a gusset.

Easy comfort for farm work. Stays in place.
Comfortable to wear around the farm, on and off the tractor, in and out of the barn. Stays in place with good elastic. Light weight for summer heat. Runs large so order a size smaller. Pockets, zipper fly, has a string tie waist adjustment but not needed because of the strong elastic. Not very pretty, but the horses have not said anything bad about my appearance. When wearing these pants, I leave my suspenders in the closet. They won't wear like Carharts, but they cost half as much.

Was hoping for a good fit.
The pants were great. The waist size was true, but they were way too long.

Utility "scrub" cargo pants
Me: 66 y/o M,190 pound 5 ft 10 in: I wear a 44L suit coat with 38 waist and 32 inseam pants. I ordered medium size and after hemming them shorter about 3/4 inch, they fit like my suit pants. First ordered the Amazon #1 selling "Cherokee" scrub pants, which also have seven pockets, a zipper and a regular fabric drawstring. I returned those because the 35% cotton fabric blend felt very stiff and uncomfortable. These "Dickies" medium scrub paints are a 55% cotton, 45% polyester blend and are soft and should last minimally 5 years, as the other "Dickies" scrub pants I've worn to work for the last decade. These have four deep regular size pockets and two small pockets and an additional rear pocket with a Velcro closure, which is needed as this one rear pocket lacks depth which totals seven pockets. They also have a plastic utility ring that is lacking on the competitors. They have an elastic waist with braided drawstring and a zipper. This elastic allows expansion and the braided drawstring provides comfort and buying medium eliminates the "balloon leg' look. The pewter color, a medium-dark grey, minimizes the scrub pant appearance and except for their visible brand logo they look like regular cargo pants. Since I no longer work, they are worn only as casual pants. I give them four stars rather than five, as they are rather costly. Hope this helps with your selection.f. Also purchased same scrubs in "grey". With a hem thread removing tool & caution, it was possible to remove the "Dickies Label visible on the cargo pocket. The pants external brand is no longer visible, MUCH BETTER to wear without advertising.
