I bought three, 2 of them are working fine and were connected easily to my google home. However, I couldn’t connect the last one! It appeared to be an old model (even the plug is different) and it does not stand properly! Waiting for a replacement

After using 6months. The led flickers & not working now. Need support if Besty Home can fix d issue for me.

Quite ambient. Love the product. However the remote drains the battery very very quickly. Within a day or 2, battery needs to be changed. It has quite a lot of functionalities but can’t use them all as remote needs constant battery change.I use it on standard mode (just on and off through the main switch. Still quite nice.

The lamp is nice, aesthetically corresponding to website description. Dimmable function is not as described: there are only very few level of light intensity and color.Lamp does not respond easily to the remote control, hence it is difficult to use, also because there is no instruction booklet with it.Good value for the cheap price btw.

the only comment is the outer tube has a gap that annoys me. However you can just remove which light is nicer without.
