Love my tea, love honey crystals ,sometimes have stomach upset. Gave them to a friend who love them, but a pack is way too much. So you should add a little at a time until you get it just the way you like it.

Very calming and soothing ~ I usually add a packet to my evening tea. Flavor may take getting used to for some (my husband adds 1/2 a packet to his evening tea) but easily adjustable due to the convenience of its crystallized form.
