i have proof that i ordered a new book, but i received a used one. the box is completely fine, so the damage was not done in transit. this was supposed to be a gift for someone and now i have to try to find another one and hope it arrives in time, which is very unlikely. it's not okay to sell damaged/used goods as new. very disappointed, angry, and grossed out.
