Works great right out of the package on my Samsung crystal smart tv. Just added batteries and hit the power button and it was ready to go. Didn’t have to do anything else to use it, was so happy. And the price was great. Buttons all work great, old controller buttons were not working on a cheaper replacement that had for few frustrating months. I thought it was my internet that was the issue but during prime sales ordered this new remote and wish had bought it months ago. Will never buy a generic remote again.

I bought the Samsung TV Remote Control BN59-01199F after my original remote was destroyed by my dog, and I couldn’t be happier. Works Great
I bought this remote to replace one from an older smart TV. I received it the next day and it works perfectly. I have ROKU so I only needed a functioning remote so i can change the TV sources plus just basic remote funtioning. The price was very economical and it does exactly what was advertised. I highly recommend.

Worked as soon as I put batteries in. First remote i have ever bought that I still had to leave the house and go buy batteries. Good thing it worked all on its own because there was no instructions, just a plastic bag with a remote in it. The remote does work perfectly though, but order batteries when you order the remote.
