Forged: 33 Days Toward Freedom

I found this book and videos for each of the 33 days interesting and very encouraging. However it does not delve enough into modern understanding of how the human mind works and thereby how to deal with addictive behaviours. Instead it pushes the idea that prayer and having a like minded mentor solves the problem. This book is completely Roman Catholic and upholds all the teachings on the church in its content. This is my opinion and I understand that others may disagree.
