パスタ店でカルボナーラ用に購入いたしました。 今まで細長いチーズ削りを使用しており、どうしてもチーズがかけていましたが、こちらの商品にかけた部分を集めてセットすると無駄にならず大変ありがたいです。力もいらず、スピーディーに削れるのでオペレーション的にもとても良いです。パルミジャーノ、ペコリーノどちらも問題なく使えています。
